The road leading to the house from the village of Tzigounas is a dirt road and is approximately 900 meters long. While any vehicle can access the property, a 4×4 is recommended for easier access.

For beach lovers, there are several beautiful beaches within easy reach. Limanaki Beach is just 2.1 km east of the villa and is easily accessible by car. Paliomantra Beach, a secluded spot, is 1.7 km west and can be reached on foot or by 4×4. The famous Dytikos Beach is 4.1 km away and Lentas Beach is approximately 6.1 km from the property.
