The residence of our grandfather and grandmother is on sale. The house was built in the 1940s, some sections in the 70s and others in the 80s. In the 1980s decade the plasters and the roofs were renovated.
It’s uninhabited since 1999. It’s equipped with electric supply, water supply. The house in its present form it’s livable, but for permanent habitation a good renovation is recommended.
So the house is divided into four (4) sections.
There is a legal layout plan for all four sections. Seen as a whole it’s a 421m² land, with four buildings in it.
Three of them are attached to each other.
Section A is 90.3m² with a 33m² building.
In this section there’s a secret hiding place in the ground which it was used during the German occupation as a hiding place for people and food.
Section B is 99.9m² with a 39m² building.
In this section there’s a huge traditional oven and an old fireplace.
Section C is 113.4m² with a 72m² building.
In this section there’s a traditional bedroom with elevated wood flooring and beneath the wooden floor there’s a traditional cellar. And there’s also a traditional fireplace as we speak for section C.
Section D is 118.2m² with a 41m² building.
In this section there are all the necessary structures for someone who lives in the countryside. A henhouse, a warehouse and a barn.
